The mission of the Office of Technology Licensing is to promote the university’s R&D achievements and to carry out commercialization of new technologies. Between 2003 and 2005, it successfully completed 19 technology transfer cases and technology transfer licensing worth NT$14 million, the highest amount of any private university in Taiwan. For three consecutive years (2004 to 2006), this center has been named one of Taiwan’s top three technology transfer centers by the National Science Council.
